Ce jour huit février de l’an deux mille quatre s’est tenue dans la cour de Jeunesse d’Afrique à Ouagadougou, l’Assemblée générale constitutive de l’Amicale des Anciens Elèves du collège de La Salle de Ouagadougou (AMACOSA). Etaient présents à cette Assemblée Générale :

• 49 anciens lasalliens dont la liste figure en annexe 1;
• un représentant de la Direction du Collège de La Salle, le Frère ZABRAMBA Gabriel.


Après les différentes présentations du contexte justifiant la création de l ‘Amicale ainsi que du processus entrepris pour la rédaction des statuts et règlements intérieurs, l’Assemblée a élu un présidium pour la direction des débats. Le présidium était composé ainsi qu’il suit :

• Mr Pierre Marie Albert NYAMEOGHO, doyen des anciens lasalliens , Président
• Frère Gabriel ZABRAMBA, représentant la Direction du collège de la salle, rapporteur
• Mademoiselle Prisca K. KONATE, étudiante et plus jeune des anciens du collège présents, rapporteur.

Le président du présidium a alors donné l’ordre du jour qui était:

• Fixation des procédures de vote et d’élection ;
• Election du bureau de l’Amicale (AMACOSA) ;
• Divers.

Après avoir arrêté les modalités de l’élection, l’AG a élu un bureau exécutif ainsi que deux commissaires aux comptes dont la composition, les noms et adresses figurent dans le tableau ci-dessous :

En divers, le présidium s’est retiré pour laisser la place au bureau élu qui après avoir remercié l’assistance de la confiance placée en eux, a sollicité la mobilisation de tous les anciens lasalliens afin que le challenge d’un réseau dynamique d’anciens de la salle soit effectif dans les plus brefs délais. Le bureau se donne pour première activité la formalisation de l’amicale. La séance s’est achevée à 18h15.
